Between Toka and Nevrax, I decided with David Saulnier (programmer) to realise a Beach Volley Game on the Gameboy Advance platform. Working during night and weekends, we developped the tools and finalized a working prototype in about 6 months.
Atlus and Bam! were very interested in publishing the game but the time period wasn't good and the contract wasn't concluded.

ABV Sprites Sheets
I used renderings of a 3d model to generate the sprite sheets of the players. We can change the colors of the skin and clothes by swapping the 16 colors indexed palettes. Almost of the rest was done in pixel art (just using the mouse) :)
